The release date for Lumion 2.0 is November/December 2011.

The lighting features will be included in both Basic and Ultimate versions.

Some other features and content will be released as separate plug-ins for the Basic version. Lumion Ultimate contains all features and content. More details on the plug-ins will be made available when Lumion 2.0 is released.
